Queens Park was woken up today by two teams
playing a great game of football. With the dew heavy on the grass both teams set
about playing a close first half. With many of the players being school friends
it was a competitive game and chances were few. Second half saw Park take the lead from a well taken corner that the keeper could not hold. Pumas came back and were soon in the lead. This woke Park up and they had their best spell of the game with shoots coming in from all over the field and the Pumas keeper making some fine saves. The supporters payers were answerd and Park scored two goals to take the points form this local derby. |
