With a score like that you would be forgiven for thinking that this was a one sided game. With new signing Elena showing good passing and a desire to push up the pitch it was no surprise that when we were given a free kick just inside their half she placed the ball down and sent it flying into the goal. This helped the others and we settled into a good rhythm Emily and Ellie from the under 11’s fitting in well, with Ellie scoring a goal. By half time Park had notched up 7 with no reply, the girls were sent out with instructions to play a passing game and they did this well adding to their total with some good play. First game and a great result.
