This was a game that brought out all the emotions you can have, from despair to joy, happiness to sadness. In the end it was one of what a good game we have just seen.
Park started slowly and were two down before they even started to play. Joel came up with a half shot half cross that deflected off a defender into the goal. Back in it, but no, three – one down and that was how it went on, always two behind. But what followed was a game that had it all, two shots off the line, a penalty miss, left foot shots off the bar, a right foot shot tipped onto the bar and nine more top quality goals from both teams. After all the dust had settled Park played some good football with all the boys working hard the goal tally was Joel 3, George 1, Sonny 1. Play as well as this and we will win more that lose.
