Park started this return match well. Joel Sandford latched onto agood ball from Geroge Stimson and shooting low. It was only a good save that stopped him scoring. Seconds later Joe Bond forced another save. At this point Park were all over 'Leafe with some good flowing football. But it was this that lead to the first goal. Park got caught out up the field and even a valient effort from Matthew Wise could not stop the ball ending up in the net.

This lead to five minutes where Park fell apart and they found themselves 3-0 down. Matthew Hewitt and Sunny Newberry came on and along with Harry Milton, got Park back into the game. But they could not get the goal they needed.

The second half saw Andre Auletta move up from the back with Thomas Skilton doing well as the last man. All the play was with Park, fast flowing and linking well with Ian Williams and George Simson creating chance after chance and only some last ditch defendingfrom 'Leafe kept Park at bay.

With the game moving on Park got caught out again but they never gave up right to the end.

After the game Whyteleafe walked away with the pointsbut Park gave them a game and the score line does not reflect how close the game was. In fact, for most of the time it was one sided to Park. On this evidence Park can take heart in a good all round performance with George Simson showing how a captain should play.
