The Club takes responsibility for the welfare of the playing boys and girls very seriously. We are committed to to a policy of Child Protection and take the ollowing steps to ensure the safety and well being of the players and the awareness of the adults associated with the Club, to child protection issues.
  • The Club appoints a Child Protection Officer as part of the Committee
  • All managers, assistant managers and committee members are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau on taking up an appointment
  • All managers, assistant managers and committee members attend an accredited Child Protection Workshop run by the FA once every three years
  • The Club publishes a regular newsletter to ensure good communications
  • All volunteers ill in a volunteer form approved by the FA
  • The club engenders a "family atmosphere" to create a safe environment
